Ode to Christmas

Mojo Monday #469 with Color Throwdown #413 palette for the home of this Penny Black stamp called “Ode to Christmas”.  The navy blue & orange bird on the kraft branch were watercolored on white Strathmore paper.  White vellum branch and leaves were added for texture on the kraft paper card base.  The kraft paper wreath under the clear heat embossed wood impression kraft rectangle were the background for the bird.   This is how it all came together, hope you enjoy!
