Great colours this week at the CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge Blog 😀 So Honoured to be one of their Guest Designers this month. CAS Colours & Sketches #196 is composed of Garden Green, Metallic Copper & Cherry Cobbler. Using these colours I saturated a rectangle piece of water colour paper and copper heat embossed with a scratches stamp from IO. Using the Misti tool, I stamped in the same tones a script stamp also from IO. A butterfly was die cut from a left over of the saturated water colour paper and from a piece of white vellum. Vellum and white card stock leaves were added, speckled with dotted copper embossing powder. This all came together when I die cut & pasted together 4 word die cuts “Sincère Condoléances” (Deepest Condolences). All pieces were adhered to a white card base.
Hope you’ll join the fun, Happy Card Making 😉 Thanks for stopping by, HUGz Joanna
I’m not sure which I like best of your card – the gorgeously colored panel with the embossing, the pretty butterfly, or the speckled die cut leaves! It’s a great card, Jo!
