Magic Moments

Less is More Challenge #313 is “ballOOns” 😉   Capture d’écran 2016-08-07 à 17.23.16I started by adding alcohol inks on a piece of acetate and then spritzed with alcohol to get the colours moving.  Once dry, I die cut 3 balloons and tied coloured thread to each.  I die cut and clear embossed a circles die in white and added this in the center of my base card stock.  Then I glued the balloons on with Glossy Accents, stamped “Moment Magiques” (Magic Moments) and the card was done.

Hope you enjoy, happy card making, HUGz Joannaimg_1412

  1. Those die cut circles add so much interest to your fantastic card! The alcohol inks were a great idea (think you have inspired me to get mine it again). I love how the colours have mingled. Brilliant work. Thanks so much for sharing this with us at Less is More. xx

  2. What a great idea to use acetate for the balloons – the colours look vibrant and translucent! The circles behind add movement to the design too. Thank you for sharing with us at Less is More 🙂

  3. Super card! I love that you’ve used alcohol inks for a different look, and the whole effect is so fun and colourful. Loving the circle dies under the balloons too. Fabulous! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More 🙂
