Cas Mix Up November Reminder

Capture d_écran 2017-10-22 à 13.29.17Welcome back to the CAS Mix Up Challenge, you still have time to enter the November 24th deadline.  This month’s theme is hosted by Bonnie, “Stamping + Glitter + your choice” 😉 !

For this card I made a stencil with the Penny Black Christmas Kiss die and applied thick gloss gel adding silver glitter while wet.  Then I die cut Concord & 9th Layering Leaves die twice, in white and silver card stock.  A tiny white tag die was stamped “Bonjour” (hello) and heat embossed with Color Box’s Silver Sparkle.  To finish, silver thread was wrapped around the upper portion of the card and a silver eyelet attached the dies together.

The Design Team is joined by our talented Guest Robyn and there is plenty of wonderful inspiration to create from the team and from the gallery.  Can’t wait to see your creations 😀

Thanks for stopping by and your warm comments, HUGS joanna-cmu-signatureIMG_2165

  1. Such a gorgeous and elegant card, Joanna! You used different kinds of silver elements, but you used only two colors (silver & white), so the card is totally CAS. Amazing! Hideko

  2. A fabulous sparkly card Joanna, lots of layers and textures. I find it tricky using embossing paste, yours look amazing, so I’ll just have to keep trying. Loved being GD too, thanks

  3. I love popping into your blog for amazing inspiration and today is no exception. Love how you put all those beautiful elements together. Love the home made stencil and the paste with the added glitter. Great layering of those gorgeous die cuts and all finished off with the cute mini tag…Fabulous! x

  4. Love that beautiful silver and white colour scheme! Great use of your die to make a stencil – the paste and glitter look fabulous! And the silver thread ties it all together!
