Sunflower Birthday

Capture d_écran 2018-03-26 à 16.48.06This week, TIME OUT Challenge #105 celebrates their 4th Birthday AND it’s a stencilling OLC at Less is More #367.  On a folded piece of Bristol Capture d_écran 2018-03-26 à 16.47.51paper I used a Sunflower stencil given to me by my good friend Loll and added flexible molding paste onto the bottom left corner.  While still wet, I added some Brushos (Lemon, Yellow, Yellow Ochre, and Dark Brown) and watched the magic happen 😀  I allowed this to dry before I brushed off the remaining pigment powders.  A simple “Bonne Fête” (Happy Birthday) was stamped in Versefine Sepia and clear heat embossed in honour of a special TIME OUT birthday to bring them Sunshine, Love & Laughter.

Thanks so much for stopping by, HUGz JoannaIMG_2542

  1. Awesome and vibrant splash of fiery colours. Great technique and a wonderful CAS card. Love your elegant stencil – just off the edge makes for a classy look I think. Thanks for joining us at Less is More

  2. Your flaming sunflower is stunning, Joanna … the brusho’s over the paste creates such a delicious, variegated effect … it’s positively touchable! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out! Anita 🙂

  3. Magnifique, Joanna !

  4. What a creative design. Love how you used the brushos-gives the perfect colouring. And one of my fav designs-makes for a stunning CAS card. And we always love to see you at Time Out
