Combining two challenges this
morning: Using Color Throwdown’s Challenge #505 colour scheme, of gray, teal and pink, along with Karren’s Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #349.
I grabbed a gray strip of card stock and proceeded to stamp a Penny Black’s Gentle Whisper rubber stamp in pink and teal with oxide inks. Their opacity helped in maintaining their original colour, especially over coloured card stock. Once satisfied I stamped again with Versamark and clear heat embossed. I added Liquid pearls for dimensions, let it dry and adhered to a white card base. “Sending Hugs” was then stamped and white heat embossed.
Thanks for stopping by, HUGz, Joanna

Love the texture you added to this with liquid pearls. I’d love to try this but I suspect I’d have quite the mess. Love the colors too. This card makes me want to reach out the touch it with all that dimension. How creative this is.

What a beautiful way to use this stamp, Joanna! It’s a large stamp and hard to maintain CAS lines but you have mastered that and wonderful texture and color too!
