CAS Mix Up October Challenge

Capture d_écran 2018-08-27 à 11.01.14Hello CAS fans, welcome back to another CAS Mix Up October Challenge, the theme is  “METAL” hosted by our talented Mac.

I copper heat embossed the stamped leaves (Dylusions-Further around the edges) on vellum, the square frame (Nellie’s Multi-frames) and the outside edges of the die cut leaves (MC Collection-feuillages).

Now you must see what fantastic inspiration the design team and our host Pat have created for you and do check out their personal blogs!  Can’t wait to see what fun you’ll have once you post your savoury creations in our gallery.  Thanks so much for stopping by, HUGz,

  2. Fantastic design and layout, Joanna! I love that you layered the vellum frame over leaves and only the outside edges of leaves are copper heat-embossed. The color of the copper looks fabulous against the white card base!

  4. Such a clever and pretty design Jo and love that you have left the added leaves plain within the square but added the copper embossing to the bits outside the frame. Such a great contrast with the delicate vellum and bright and shiny copper. A really beautiful card. x

  5. The heat embossed copper and the delicate vellum make a stunning combination. One fabulous CAS card with the faux metal and those fabulous leaves. Love how you’ve combined the leaves and the die cut frame too x.

  6. Love your copper and white design Jo! How clever to layer your copper leaves with a copper embossed square of vellum. Fantastic design to have the leaves showing through from behind. xx
