FMS 377

Capture d’écran 2019-02-27 à 15.37.38A feminine card for the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #377 hosted by Narelle.

I started with an “inchie” of thick cardstock.  A coat of Triple Thick covered this piece and I then applied AI’s.  While drying, I stamped my card base twice, heat embossing first in gold and then in silver pearl.  The Altenew fine frame circles, the Little B Bouquet blooms and the Alexander Renke Branch Wreath leaf outline were all cut out of a pastel gelliprint.  The die-cuts were adhered to the base and some fuchsia liquid pearls were added to the center of the flowers.

Thanks for stopping by, HUGz, Joanna

  3. Jo, you are so good at interpreting sketch challenges in a unique way! Love the gold and silver pearl together for the background and the AI square is a wonderful contrast to the pastel flowers and leaves.

  4. This sketch is so you, Jo! And you don’t disappoint, my friend! Love the stamped embossing in gold and silver and the thin circle frames! The thickly embossed inchie colored with alcohol inks is gorgeous. I’d not thought about coloring them in this way. Will remember this! Love the leaves and beautiful flowers with the fuchsia centers! An altogether gorgeous card, my friend!
