This is truly a CAS card made with smudges of Gelatos in the Time Out Challenge #136 colours and applied on textured card stock. I then added some gel with a stencil to emulate the blue background tiles in the photo. A little clear rock candy sprinkled along with a black glossy paper “Happy Birthday” die cut for the sentiment. I matted the panel onto the same black glossy paper and the card was done.
