The CAS Mix Up Challenge for July, hosted by Bonnie, is Alcohol Ink Lift. As usual, there are plenty of videos to get you started. For more inspiration, our special guest, Michelle, and the team have more designs to entice your creative juices.
For this card I used an old fanfare stamp (sorry I don’t remember the manufacture). I applied two analogous colours of AI on Yupo Paper and then lifted the ink using the Alcohol Ink-Lift pad. On my textured card base, I stamped and silver heat embossed the same stamp. I strategically die-cut a square section off the Yupo piece and adhered it to a prepared section of very thick card stock. I also clear heat embossed several times my little tile before adhering it to the card base. Three enamel dots were added to finish my card.

It’s amazing to me how you can turn a small thing like the little tile into a fabulous card! Love the way the flourish all joins together between the tile and the card base. Perfect embellishing with the enamel dots.
