Pearlescent Leaves

It’s a Double Challenge over at CAS Colours & Sketches #364, so being confined to my craft room I’m a happy camper.

My favourite leaf stamp, Dylusions FURTHER AROUND THE EDGE Stamp Set, was stamped several times onto Bristol Paper and then heat embossed with Silver pearl EP. I made this card twice 😛 , because I learnt that when using Zig markers, the colours tend to fade/change colour/or disappear with Glossy Accents. On my second attempt, I used Tombow brushes and clear heat embossed. Some liquid pearl dots were added for the texture theme at Addicted to CAS Challenge #181.

  1. Gorgeous! The silver pearl embossing powder is stunning and perfect with your liquid pearl dots. Great way to add texture. Thanks for joining us at Addicted to CAS and apologies for the late comment.

  4. Beautifully done and designed. I had no idea that Zigs would interact with Glossy Accents. Thank you for telling us. Your liquid peal embellishments are perfectly done too, perfectly round. Love this clean design.
