A quick OLC for the Cécile’s Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #437 and the Color Throwdown Colour Palette Challenge #595. The Altenew “HAPPY” letters were stamped with turquoise water colour and allowed to drip down. The Memory Box “birthday” and the Stampendous agapanthus bloom were stamped in Versafine Black. A Micron pen was used to doodle around the letters and some turquoise liquid pearls along with Nuvo drops were added for embellishment.
Have a great weekend, thanks for stopping by, HUGz, Joanna

What a clever take on the sketch! I love the watercolor paired with bits of black doodling, this is so artsy. Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week.

Black, white and turquoise are such a fun combination and I love those luscious, drippy letters with the horizontal flower! The touches of drops add extra delight! There is such a happy feel to this card, my dear friend!

When I saw this I immediately thought that word happy was a stamp. Oh my gosh no one but you would have come up with that! That’s what I call creative! I love the subtle bling you added too and the silhouette is the perfect final touch. I would not have a clue where to begin with a challenge like that but you aced it.
