Father’s Day is just around the corner so I used the CASology Week 370 FATHER theme to go with the CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #374 to play along.
This card uses a Purple Onion Design stamp “Cheers” to stamp and gilded flake the card base. Then the vellum rectangle was stamped and silver gilded flaked with a “Bonne Fête Papa” (Happy Father’s Day). The Altenew Fine Frame was white heat embossed and cut to edge two corner. The panel was matted on gold paper.
Thank you so much for stopping by, HUGz, Joanna
I love your take on the sketch and also the way you used the partial frame to attach the vellum. So clever! Thanks for playing along with CASology this week!

This is such a fabulous masculine card. I’d have never thought to use gilding flakes when stamping but what a wonderful texture it added. The embellishing of the rectangle is so beautifully done too. Gorgeous card, again!

Cheers to Father’s Day! You have done an amazing job with gilding flakes! Wow! I love how you’ve done the corner frames for the vellum and the embossed sentiment! Another awesome card, my friend!
