Poppy Splash

Flower cards are my favourite of all. This special poppy card is for a special lady who loves watercolour blooms. I’m playing with three challenges Uniko Challenge #60; the Flower Challenge #46 and AAA cards challenge #170.

This is a Technique Tuesday stamp lightly stamped in gray and drawn over with a micron pen. Zigs to colour and splash and some WOW glitter EP to make it shine.

Thanks for stopping by, Stay SAFE, HUGz, Joanna

  1. Receiving this exquisite work of art from you made me hop on to see what you’ve been up to and hurrah, I found my card right here! It’s a brilliant photograph, but it looks even more spectacular in person, Jo. Thank you so so much for sending me this gift which I will cherish … and maybe even try to CASE! And thank you for calling me a special lady! I think you’re very special, too! I’m sorry I’ve been absent. These troubling times just drain me, but hopefully that will change because as of today I am one-week news free! I take it all too personally and get too emotional and passionate and stressed which is bad for my health, so I just had to step back for a while. I hope you are keeping well and safe in Q country! Lots of love and hugs, Darnell

  2. Wow, this couldn’t be more gorgeous!! I’ve never tried to draw over an image (my hand shakes too much) and it gives it such a fantastic scribble effect. The colour is gorgeous and the splashes of red with the glitter add so much detail and pizazz. Love this so much and very happy you shared it with us at The Flower Challenge!!

Amazing water coloring and I love the glittery splash, like morning dew.
