Well this was fun, Less is More Challenge #427 is about “Chalkboard“. Since I had the Altenew Floral stamp still on my desk I white heat embossed the bouquet onto black card stock. I took out my Polychromos colouring pencils and began to colour in the focal point of the stamp. I added a little glitz gelly roll pen on the second bloom and shaded the perimeter with a white pastel crayon. Clear Nuvo drops were applied onto the berries. Although this is not the birthday card sent to my dear friend Nancy, I’m sending her virtual birthday wishes for a day filled with love and hugs. “Happy Birthday”!!!
Stay SAFE all & do take care, thanks for stopping by, HUGz, Joanna

This works so well, I love the pop of colour on the flower. Thanks for joining in with the challenge at Less is More

I’ve never seen the chalkboard technique done as well as you did on this one! Beautifully done with the hint of white surrounding it. The hint of color is just perfect! Thank you for the well wishes too!

This is the most awesome chalkboard card ever, my friend! Wow! Wonderful, thick embossing and the coloring is spot on and adds to the beauty! Love how you’ve glitzed up the little flower too!
