Sun fire

Mojo Monday #456 sketch inspired me to use the
Penny Black Sun fire die as the center piece. After spraying Dylusions sprays (Fresh Lime & Lemon Zest) on watercolour paper, the backdrop rectangle was die cut with a Sizzix MIXED MEDIA Thinlits Die.  I applied glossy accents to some of the octagon pieces and placed them here and there.  The flower die-cut was embellished with Martha Stewart’s Flocking powder. The card was finished with a vellum banner stamped “Today belongs to you”.
