Aqua & Lime

Capture d_écran 2018-05-18 à 15.54.44Welcome flutters 😉 this Capture d_écran 2018-05-18 à 15.55.05card was inspired by the Color Throwdown Challenge#493 along with the Freshly Made Sketch Challenge#337 designed by Linda.  Basically I die cut two tiny frame dies; a square in lime and a rectangle in aqua.  The textured card base was smeared with the same colour of acrylics and white heat embossed with a KaiserCraft wood grain stamp.  The butterflies are a Penny Black die, called Flutters, cut out of vellum, previously tinted by using this technique.  The bodies were embellished with Liquid Pearls.

Since it’s the WINGS theme over at Stamplorations I’m also linking my card to the CAS May Challenge 😀

  2. What beautiful colours. Those butterflies look fabulous and the layering of the elements are wonderful. The texture on the white card sets off your stunning card beautifully x
