CAS Colours & Sketches #193 uses the secondary colours: Rich Razzleberry, Mint Macaron and Tangerine Tango. That, in watercolour, is a real challenge! Mixing these tones often make mud, but with patience you can manage to keep the palette clean 😉 This week on the Simon Wednesday Challenge Blog it’s anything goes YAY!
On Bristol paper I carefully smooshed, dried and re-smooshed to achieve my border. Then I added Pearl Ex to add some shimmer. Ink splatters of the 3 washes were added for cohesion. Die cut flowers, in vellum and shimmer paper, were fastened with beads atop this left edge. Then “Bonne Fête” was die-cut 4 times and glued together to give some dimension. Hope you enjoy 😀
Thanks for stopping by, HUGz Joanna
